Logroño is the main town in the La Rioja region, which comes after Navarra, the Río Ebro River passes and at its exit lies a park and a lake. The city itself has landmarks such as cathedrals, ancient Roman buildings and a lively city center with many landmarks (Logroño's historic center has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site). In addition, the city and the entire region are known for their wineries producing the famous Rioja wine, which is part of a long tradition of producing excellent red wines.
